¿How to book online?

Bookings made online are handled by hotel.de (see terms and conditons), following we will show you how to book online, step by step.

1. Click on our links book online or book now!!!!
2. A new window will be opened where you must indicate the dates range of checking in and checking our, number and type of room.
3. Once selected click on "CHECK AVAIVILITY".

4. The system automatically detects the number of guests as type of room selected and shows diferent tarifs avaiable for the dates required. In green you will be shown the cheapest tarif.. You must indicate the number of rooms you want to reserve again. After that click on "CONTINUE".

5. You can see the description of the room selected, the tarif and the total amount to pay.
NOTE: The total amount is paid directly in the hotel. After introducing your email adress click on continue to proceed with the reservation..

6. Next step you must complete all the blanks required by the system, if you are a user of hotel.de the system will automatically detect your client files saved before.
7. To confirm your resrevation you must complete your credit card details as, titular name, type of card, number of card and expire date. NOTE: Credit card details are handled securely by SSL (File encryptation).

8. After you filled your information you have the choice to change the guest information, include special request for the hotel such as smoker room.
9. Once ended the procedement you will receive an email with the confirmation of your reservation. We recomend before confirming verify and read carefully the information you have filled. However you have the posibility to change or cancel your reservations after confirming it. NOTE: hotel.de and Hotel La Cumbre do not have the responsabilty of wrong or false information introduced in the blanks.
